2013 REGISTRATION

Our family notice letter of 2013 is below which includes the registry form for you and your family.  This has also been sent in the mail.  A postpaid envelope was enclosed to make it convenient for you to fill out your form and return back to us.  Please utilize it!  And if you have lost it - you can always come back to our family website and print from here!  Please fill out and return to Joy Jacobs.

We'd like to get a true head count for the purposes of food for each day, reunion T-shirts, hotel lodging (to block enough rooms for group rate), souveniers, etc.  It is important that we receive this information as soon as we can.  We understand that everybody is on budget, please start saving or putting aside for this event!  We're on our one year countdown starting in September 2012!  We're anxiously waiting to see you!
